TK Wong has over 28 years of experience as an MEP consulting engineer. His projects have mainly been commercial-type projects focusing on entertainment, technical spaces, site master plans, high end interiors and due diligence studies for project development. His philosophy focuses on collaboration with all trades within the industry to ensure a “same front team approach” to deliver successful projects. TK enjoys traveling, as he believes in working hard and playing hard.

35 years of service with the LAFD as firefighter/paramedic and fire inspector. California State Fire Marshal Fire Prevention Officer 3. A.S degree in Fire Science.
Speaker #4 - ROBERT HANSFORD
Hansford PM
TIME SLOT: 4:30 PM - 5:15 PM
Over 41 years of construction experience. 8 years as a commercial carpenter and 27 years in management as a Superintendent, Project Manager, and Project Director. Responsibilities have included site supervision, coordination of fieldwork, preparation and implementation of the construction schedule, consulting & design input, quality control, subcontractor performance control, and interfacing between office management and the field. Supervision of multiple superintendents, multiple projects, and project teams, were routine assignments. Structure and leadership are the core of Hansford PM and this is the reason for our successful project results.
